Tax and Business Attorney The candidate should have (or will have) an LL.M. degree in tax, or a CPA or other credential evidencing tax expertise. Must be a junior associate attorney with experience or a strong desire to practice in the areas of taxation, business, and estate planning, and related practice areas for family and closely held business owners and high net worth individuals. Must have a strong aptitude for and interest in tax law. Should be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Washington.
