Bilingual Paralegal/Legal Secretary The candidate will practice criminal and traffic law. Will handle a wide range of issues ranging from speeding tickets and moving violations, driver s license problems involving the DMV, to misdemeanor violations. Will be working with the attorney directly, calendar scheduling, client preparation and intake, initial client consultations and post court follow-ups, answering telephone calls, drafting emails and letters, general day to day management, and attorney support while he is in meeting and out of the office.
Qualifications: Must be fluent in Spanish and English, and be able to translate. Must know how to use Email, MS Word, Excel, PDF documents, and general computer skills. Must know the basics of email marketing. Duration: 3 months Schedule: 9:30 am 4:30 pm, Four or Five days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday).
