Paralegal The candidate will be performing initial case investigations by gathering facts and records, drafting pleadings/discovery (interrogatories, request for production). Will be summarizing medical and other factual records. Ensuring that the case documents are well organized. Drafting witness and exhibit lists. Locating factual witnesses. Identifying and contacting experts, preparing hearing and trial notebooks and assists in trial. Should have 3+ years of experience.Must be familiar and able to follow client billing guidelines, enter and record accurate billing entries and know state and federal court rules. Prior trial experience is a plus .
