Workers Compensation Attorney Bilingual The attorney will be responsible for managing tasks associated with personal injury cases throughout the life of the case, and up through the closing and disbursal of the file. Speak to prospective new clients and advising them on the benefits of representation. Speak to potential clients about their case, building rapport with them and providing excellent service to answer any questions they have. Evaluate potential claims and conducting necessary research. Supervise a paralegal and directing their work. Review and monitor cases to ensure clients receive outstanding service. Handle escalated calls that require attorney communication and negotiate claims. Strategize ways to maximize the value of cases for clients. Communicate with clients with compassion and empathy and in a manner that encourages their confidence and trust. Analyze and summarize legal documents. Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents. Should have 3+ years of attorney experience. Currently licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is required. Enjoys working with people and providing excellent service. Has the ability to document their conversations and decisions contemporaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Has strong typing skills. Is detail-oriented, but does not get lost in the details. Is a self-starter, is able to prioritize the workload, and has a strong work ethic. Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines.
