Paralegal The candidate should be a Discovery Paralegal to assist with discovery in securities litigation and FINRA arbitration matters. Will gather documents from clients; Organize documents for the attorney file; Draft discovery-related legal documents; Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system; Bates-label documents for discovery production; Coordinate production of discovery with attorneys; and Prepare trial or arbitration hearing binders. Should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
