Associate Attorney The candidate will consult with clients on litigation options. Prepare case file documents. Work with legal team to compile comprehensive reports of litigation status and recommendations. Review case files and determine best course of action. Adhere to a consistent schedule of firm meetings, outside meetings with clients, witnesses and experts, court appearances, and case related conferences. Prepare clients and experts for depositions, attend depositions. The candidate should have 2+ years experience in managing or assisting with management of litigation files. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Mississippi. License to practice in Tennessee is a plus. Must be able to type and prepare pleadings, discovery, briefs, memos and reports.
