Paralegal - Insurance Defense/Litigation The candidate must possess litigation experience (insurance defense preferred), be an organized self-starter with proven experience in recording/capturing billable time compliant with client guidelines. Will require someone with experience and knowledge of the e-filing systems, preparation of discovery responses and objections, summarization of medical and other types of records, ability to assist with large document production, utilize Adobe Pro for electronic production issues and other such litigation paralegal tasks. Certified Paralegal and/or Florida Registered Paralegal designation a must.
