Part-Time Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for: client intake, monitor client's treatment, obtaining medical records, extensive client contact; assist with case calendar, e-file all legal pleadings and various legal documents, drafting Summons and Complaints/Affidavits/Requests for Judicial Intervention/ Preliminary Conference/Bills of Particulars/Discovery Demands and Responses/Notes of Issue and Motions, etc. The Preparation and execution of all pleadings. Drafting and preparing Pleadings. Should have 5+years of Plaintiff's medical malpractice and/or personal injury experience. Must have strong organizational skills & the ability to work independently managing own caseload. Must be able to handle files from intake to trial. Bilingual a plus. English Spanish Speaking. Must Know Smart Advocate Software.
