Attorney Candidate must have: A licensed attorney in the state of New Mexico with criminal law experience or a new lawyer with a strong desire to practice in the area of criminal law. Cases are misdemeanor and felony level cases. Must also be able to research using West Law and write motions. Experience with cross-examines, direct examines, preparation for trial, jury selection, and rules of evidence arguments are a plus. Experience with motions in limine, motions to exclude, and suppress are a plus. Must be able to appear in court on the record.
