Experienced Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate should have proven work experience as a litigation paralegal. Applicable knowledge and experience drafting complaints, motions, preparing discovery, and evidence, drafting other litigation documentation, court rules, procedures, and practices, etc. Should be highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal, writing and listening communication skills along with attention to detail are needed. Computer and database usage expertise; experience with Needles case management software is a plus. Extensive experience with eFiling services and procedures is needed. Exceptional customer/client service skills are a must.
