Evictions Paralegal The candidate should have prior experience working in a law firm. Experience working with Evictions in a Default Services Law Firm is a plus. Must possesses excellent computer skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. Should have High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have Paralegal certification from accredited school or at least 5 year s legal support experience. should have 1 year experience in a law firm, with prior experience in default. Must have Knowledge of legal case management system preferred, especially CaseAware. Must have strong computer skills; Word, Excel and Outlook as well as general understanding of software systems to access and utilize client systems.
