Heading: Associate Attorney Position at Law Firm At our law firm, we are looking for a Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability attorney to join our team-oriented office focused on collaboration, service, communication, and opportunity. Our ideal candidate has previous Worker's Compensation law firm experience; however, we can provide training for the right candidate. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for appearing before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board, conducting depositions of medical providers, negotiating with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel, and maintaining regular communication with our clients. We believe in a balanced lifestyle and that work should be fun. Our salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Qualifications: * Juris Doctor Degree * New York State Bar License * 1-year Worker's Compensation law firm experience is preferred, but we will consider the class of 2022 and 2023 Law Graduates * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications * Strong negotiation skills * Ability to manage time and caseload * Ability to communicate effectively under pressure * Team player willing to collaborate with and assist fellow team members If you are interested in joining our team as an Associate Attorney, please apply today!
