Associate Attorney The canddiate Must have 2 years or more of relevant experience (We will consider highly qualified individuals with less experience).The attorney that fills this position will be working out of our Woodlands Office (Far North Greater Houston Area). Will work in personal injury insurance defense litigation team. The attorney filling this position will be expected to draft pleadings and motions, conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda, draft and respond to written discovery requests, coordinate with clients, attend and participate in hearings, attend and conduct depositions of both fact and expert witnesses, and attend and support trial activities as needed.
