Immigration Attorney The candidate will provide individualized assistance to clients currently in removal proceedings or eligible for immigration relief. Must be familiar in preparing legal briefs, motions and petitions before EOIR, USCIS and ICE. Should also have some experience preparing non-immigrant (B1/B2, E, H-1B, L-1, O/P, TN) and immigrant (EB-1/2/3 and NIW) visa petitions, as well as Labor Certification (PERM) applications.
