Bilingual Junior Attorney - Employment Litigation The candidate will support all aspects of the fast-paced business. Will research and drafting discovery requests and responses, motions, and other forms of correspondence to courts, interviewing clients in Spanish, appearing before federal and state court, and preparing for and conducting depositions. Must have interest in economic justice/ poverty alleviation. Fluency in Spanish is a requirement. Admission to the NY Federal Bar is a must and preferably in the District of New Jersey as well.
