Real Estate Closing Attorney The candidate will oversee the entire closing process for residential and commercial closing transactions and reviewing title. Conduct real estate closings, both refinances and purchase transactions; review title reports and clear title matters; and Travel required for out-of-office purchase/refinance closings. Should be member of the Georgia Bar. Prior closing experience handling residential and/or commercial transactions is required. Must be able to clearly communicate with clients and explain loan document.
