The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of probate experience and possess excellent administrative and secretarial skills. This position is located in Edwardsville, IL and is a hybrid remote position. Job Responsibilities: Prepare and file pleadings related to probate and guardianship matters in both Illinois and Missouri Maintain ongoing contact with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel Navigate the probate and guardianship processes as they relate to status, hearings, dockets and other related scheduling matters Docket and manage important dates and deadlines Qualifications: 3+ years of probate experience (Required) Paralegal Certificate (Preferred) Experience with electronic case filing in state and federal courts (Case.net, Odyssey) Excellent administrative and secretarial skills, including spelling, grammar and punctuation Computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Word, Outlook) Deadline oriented, attentive to detail, and possess outstanding organizational skills Professional attitude and demeanor on the tele*** per year.
