Associate Attorney - Entry Level The ideal candidate must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Utah. Must have 1+ year of knowledge of Utah Civil Procedures and Utah Professional Conduct, excellent legal research and writing experience. 1+ year of Personal Injury Litigation experience is preferred. Desire to spend time in a Courtroom. Juris Doctorate education is required. Ability to draft pleadings (through pre and post-trial motions). A high comfort level in the Courtroom (motion practice, argument, trial). Experience in civil discovery practice. Willingness and ability to travel for case purposes. Willingness and ability to travel for training and CLE purposes. Solid work ethic (work until the project is done). Good team player. Ability to take a case from intake through trial. Experience in taking and defending depositions. Strong competitive nature. Trial prep and trial experience.
