Post Judgment Attorney The candidate will review and execution of all documents requiring attorney signature for TX post-judgment inventory. Review and authorization of all e-filed documents. Responsible for the daily supervision of legal assistants assigned to carry out tasks associated with the enforcement of TX judgment accounts. Supervise the exception and work queues associated with post judgment accounts relative to any and all enforcement activities including receiverships, writs, liens, renewals,, domestications, and other post judgment legal collection efforts. Set team and individual goals for staff. Monitor productivity, performance, quality and compliance of PJ team. Act as primary point person for TX Receivers as well as the court or appearance attorneys on TX post judgment matters. Respond to inquiries from the collection and/or legal staff on handling post judgment accounts. Maintain job aides for team. Assist TX Managing attorney in responding to specific components of client audits relative to TX post judgment. Under the direction of the TX Managing attorney oversee litigation matters for specific clients providing direction to state level attorneys or support staff and communicating with the clients relative to these matters. TX Bar License is required.
