Employment-Based Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for the caseload of non-immigrant petitions, including H-1B, L-1, O-1A, O-1B, E-1 and E-2, TN non-immigrant visas, and DS-160 applications for multinational managers and executives. The caseload will also include PERM/Labor Certification, I-140 preference categories, and I-140 Immigrant Petitions for Multinational Managers/Executives, I-140 NIWs, Adjustment of Status, and Consular Processing. Must have a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of experience OR Paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program and 5 years of experience OR recent law school graduate with 1-2 years of experience in employment-based immigration, working as a law clerk or paralegal. Must have 3 years of corporate immigration paralegal experience. MS Office, Excel, and Immigration related client management software are essential. Experience monitoring a full caseload, and responding to RFEs is needed. Must have the ability to communicate and interact professionally. Should have the ability to work well under pressure, with tight deadlines. The ability to prioritize cases, deadlines and assigned tasks is a prerequisite. Must have the ability to execute and work well with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and the ability to catch and correct errors are required. Superior client service skills are useful. Demonstrate sound judgement is a must. The start date for this position will be between 6/21/2021 and 7/1/2021.
