Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be drafting petitions, motions, etc. Filing all necessary documents with the court including petitions, motions, etc. Managing service for citations. Drafting discovery. Maintaining all calendaring and scheduling events. Preparing for trial. HS Diploma or equivalent is needed. Should have 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal for PI or Defense Firm. Should have 5+ years of experience handling a high case volume as a Paralegal. Should have 5+ years of experience responsible for client communication as a Litigation Paralegal. Excellent organizational skills are needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
