Personal Injury Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in litigation, specifically personal injury litigation. Position involves all aspects of litigating personal injury cases, including preparing lawsuits, propounding and responding to discovery, preparing and responding to motions, preparing clients for and attending depositions, attending any and all court hearings, preparing any and all trial documents. Trial experience is preferred. Active California State Bar license is required.
