Paralegal Duties : The candidate compiles evidence and supporting information by searching records, discovery documents and transcripts. Prepares legal documents for attorney s approval. Prepares notice and subpoena s. Coordinating with support services and clients, opposing law firms, and courts. Manages court docket calendars, maintaining schedules and deadlines; generating status reports, logs and indexes. Prepares for trial by preparing trial notebooks, and client files.
Requirements : The candidate shall have High School Diploma. Paralegal Certificate. Strong sense of client service. Good organizational skills. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Paralegal experience. Ability to determine work priorities. Proficient on Microsoft Word, Word Perfect & Outlook. Able to organize, prepare and format legal documents and correspondence.
