Associate Attorney - Foreclosure The candidate will be responsible for condominium and homeowners association lien foreclosure work (which is very similar to mortgage foreclosure work). Must have 1+ year of plaintiff's (mortgage) foreclosure experience. Should have experience drafting typical foreclosure documents such as Lis Pendens, summons and complaints and the applicable motions associated with a typical foreclosure action. Must be admitted in New York.
