Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, acting as liaison between client and attorney; answer client inquiries and keep clients advised of case status. Assist the attorneys in the additional related facets of immigration files including maintaining up-to-date internal executive summaries of files, letters to government agencies, immigration forms, follow-up with clients, monitoring timelines and deadlines, and drafting answers to requests for evidence. Prepare supporting documentation for applications and petitions. Manage the information and document gathering process from case inception to completion. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Should have 2+ years of Law Office experience. Should preferably have 2+ years of Litigation experience. Second language is preferred.
