Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will primarily involve support for Personal Injury attorneys. Responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and other legal documents as well as trial preparation. Should have significant experience with all phases of a litigation practice. Must have Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certificate or Associate's Degree. Should have 5+ years of experience. Experience in Plaintiffs Personal Injury matters required. A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office is also required.
