Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist with cases in prelitigation and litigation phases. Assist with focus groups. Assist with trial preparation. Simple video editing. E-filing. Intake, handling calls, and setting up claims with insurance carriers. Obtaining medical records. Maintaining attorney calendar. Should have 3 years of paralegal experience in personal injury. Must have strong ability to draft discovery responses, settlement demands, coordinate discovery, manage deadlines, and draft correspondence. Good tech skills are required. Understanding of discovery issues and civil procedure is needed.
