Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for calendaring deadlines, drafting retainer agreements, medical chronologies, billing chronologies, Electronic Discovery Document Management, serving subpoenas, organizing, and Bates-stamp Discovery Productions. Preparing Mediation and Haring Visual Presentations. Coordinating Hearings, Depositions, and Mediations. Drafting/Formatting/Editing/Combine Exhibits. E-Mailing Attorney Correspondence. Organizing documents responsive to subpoena. Filing, scheduling Hearings/Upload Documents/Upload Orders. Coordinating Experts. Trial Preparation. Organizing Hearing Exhibits. Medical Records and Public Records Requests. Drafting Witness and Exhibiting Lists. Drafting Summons. Sending documents to Process Server for Service. Assisting with Preparation of Discovery Requests and Responses. Hearing Binders. Should preferably have an Associate degree. Should have 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury law. Strong knowledge of litigation deadlines required. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required. Strong Knowledge of Microsoft products is required (formatting in Word is necessary). A notary is preferred. Spanish is preferred. Note: Urgently hiring.
