Litigation Paralegal, Plaintiff Personal Injury The candidate should have 5 years Plaintiff PI Litigation experience (Federal & State court). Knowledge of handling Mass Torts cases is a huge plus. Must have experience setting mediation and hearings. Should be proficient in drafting Motions, responses to Discovery and Interrogatories with minimal direction. Online scheduling. Proactive handling of cases. Spanish is desired. Should preferable Certified Paralegal or FRP.
