Litigation Paralegal The candidate's duties include preparing, drafting, filing, and serving pleadings and discovery; obtaining and summarizing records; assisting with a witness and trial preparation; and generally doing whatever is necessary to serve the firm's clients. Should have 2+ years of paralegal experience, an entrepreneurial spirit, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn. Must be an organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, team player. Must enjoy perusing voluminous amounts of medical and employment records, not be afraid to learn new technologies, and have the sleuthing skills of Sherlock Holmes.
