Associate Attorney, PIP Duties: Will primarily pertain to PIP insurance practice and general civil litigation. Motion Practice and attendance at hearings. Diligent review of court filings and related litigation notices and mail; commitment to follow up on assigned and essential tasks. Executing case strategies with precision and insight. Notice and take depositions. Prepare/Argue Motion for Summary Judgments / Appeals. Qualifications: Must have 3+ years of litigation experience and be familiar with State and Local Rules Of Civil Procedure. Will have trial / case management experience. Be willing to travel, as needed, to attend hearings throughout the state of Florida. Be a team player with a focus on long-term career goals.
