Immigration Paralegal The candidate should preferably have 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in employment-based and family-based immigration. Must have a strong understanding of the following forms and processes: PERM, I-140, E, H-1B, L, O, P, R, I-130, I-485, N-400, I-765, I-131, and consular processing of immigrant/nonimmigrant visas. Must have excellent writing skills, including a mastery of English spelling and grammar, and strong communication, time management and organizational skills. Must also have strong computer skills and knowledge in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Dropbox. Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor degree who are fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese. Additional languages are a plus. Closing Date: 2018-02-04.
