Pre-Litigation Paralegal The Law Firm is currently seeking to hire employees that are looking to grow and develop personally and professionally. We are looking for a Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The Pre-Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for acting as backup to the Reception and Opening Assistant when necessary, primary client contact from inception through done treating phase, and educating/informing clients of PD process and case phases. The Pre-Litigation Paralegal will also assist with Property Damage when necessary, make monthly contact with all clients, handle calls from 1st party, 3rd party, and clients, identify, address, and escalate issues as they arise, and request and read ledgers and identify when new treatments occur.
