Attorney - PIP Duties: Attend Arbitration Hearings (in person and telephonically). Draft and prepare Arbitration Briefs, Appeals, etc. Identify Issues and Legal Arguments. Review/Revision of paralegal arbitration statements. Qualifications: Experience in PIP Arbitration a definite plus. Ability to Multi-Task and prioritize work. Ability to present legal arguments clearly and succinctly, orally and in writing. Ability to work as part of a comprehensive team. Excellent time management skills.
