Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate prepares the appropriate documentation for bankruptcy filings in accordance with established procedures; communicates legal details to clients in a clear and precise manner and researches, retrieves, and updates appropriate information in clients' case files, computer directories, and discs as needed. Also coordinates and confirms deposition schedules with other law firms as well as field incoming inquiries regarding court-related details and responds to clients. The candidate must be Licensed to Practice Law. Must have 3+ years of experience. Should have excellent conflict resolution skills, and be proficient in time management techniques. Should preferably have fluency in Spanish. Note: Work Remotely.
