Litigation/Personal Injury Paralegal Or Case Manager The candidate responsibilities include working with clients to prepare responses to discovery, preparing initial drafts of discovery requests, file organization, detailed attention to work product and deadlines, meeting with clients, and assisting attorneys in preparing other legal documents. Also, responsibilities will include preparation of trial and exhibit binders, trial subpoenas, document subpoenas, notices. Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; bilingual is a plus. Prior experience working in a law firm setting strongly preferred. Will especially consider those candidates that have assisted in preparing discovery.
