Mid-level Attorney - PIP The candidate will attend arbitration hearings (in person and telephonically). Will draft and prepare arbitration briefs, appeals, etc. Identify issues and legal arguments. Review/Revise paralegal arbitration statements. Must have 2+ years of experience in PIP Arbitration. Ability to present legal arguments clearly and succinctly, orally and in writing is required.
