Attorney Duties : Will join part-time job performing monthly pay based on hours worked. Starting rate is determined based on experience. Manage ad hoc legal projects as requested. Conduct legal research on a variety of legal topics including: intellectual property, international trade/business, taxation and immigration, business strategy. Research-related duties include drafting memos. Create, review and provide input on documentation and agreements. Requirements : The candidate should be a telecommute/remote part-time Florida licensed attorney. Must be currently licensed to practice law in Florida and have 3+ years of either in house or law firm experience. Preferably should have experience in securities or tax. Preferred bilingual in English and Mandarin.
