Entry-level Associate Attorney The candidate will assist with busy and growing litigation practice. Will document review or simply filling up your hours we need somebody to take the reins and work on active cases with imminent trial dates. Preparing cases for trial, conducting depositions, fighting opposing counsel, and arguing motions at courthouses throughout the state. Assist the lead trial attorney as a 2nd chair in jury trials.
