Litigation Paralegal - Medical Malpractice The candidate will be managing files, documents and evidence, including all pre-trial discovery and deadlines. Draft correspondence and pleadings; obtain, organize and maintain all relevant medical records. Scheduling, acting as liaison, identify and contact expert witnesses. Assist with trial preparation, and trial exhibits. High school education or equivalent required. 5-10 years paralegal experience required. Working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel required. Good organizational skills, good communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred.
