Litigation Paralegal/Plaintiff Personal Injury The candidate will be drafting legal documents to include correspondence, pleadings and discovery. Will assist on administrative duties including filing, scanning, calendaring and organizing files. Data entry into case management system. Trial preparation. Communication with client, court and defense counsel personnel. Must have 3-5 years of civil litigation paralegal experience, preferably personal injury. Experience with Needles case management/document management software preferred. Strong written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills needed. Must have good organizational skills; Ability to prioritize tasks. Must have high school diploma.
