Associate Attorney Responsibilities: Communicating with clients via telephone, email and face to face; Attorney Client consultations; Researching and drafting pleadings; Communicate with courts, trustees, opposing counsel and other local law firms in order to represent the client; Representing clients during uncontested and contested divorces and custody matters; Generate new business; Work as a member of a team to accomplish firm-wide goals. Requirements: Must be licensed to practice in Virginia; MUST have 1+ year of experience in Family Law, Divorce, Child Support, Custody, etc. Criminal Law experience is a plus.
