Intake Attorney handle complex cases and maintain a small docket, enabling us to best serve clients in personal injury law firm. will be the first line of contact for potential clients, will conduct fact-finding interviews with prospective clients to determine if potential cases fall within the scope of practice areas, and will be responsible for all duties related to the intake of new clients and initial client meetings. Will also handle overflow work for various litigation teams, including research and drafting. Qualifications: Licensed and in good standing with the Texas, Colorado, or New Mexico State Bar; 1+ year of experience as a practicing attorney; Experience in sales a plus; Bilingual in Spanish a plus; Outstanding verbal communication skills and excellent phone etiquette; Experience in research and drafting; Excellent work ethic with the drive to get the job done A?; Schedule: 25+ hours per week
