Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be handling all aspects of personal injury litigation including crafting pleadings and motions, basic legal research, interacting with lay and expert witnesses, propounding discovery, and negotiating liens. This includes ERISA and Medicare lien resolution. Must be able to obtain all relevant records and stay on top of client treatment. Prior deposition and jury trial experience are required. Must be a strong writer and extremely detailed-oriented.
