Paralegal The candidate will maintain regular contact with clients providing client-centered mindfulness. Collaborate with clients and assigned an attorney to answer discovery. Maintain and manage attorney calendars and case deadlines. Manage contact between Daniel Stark and third-party attorneys. Schedule crucial litigation milestones including mediations, depositions, and trials. Manage and maintain a caseload of 40-60 cases with an A rating from clients, assigned attorney, and leadership. Prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and affidavits, under the supervision of a lawyer. Contribute to trial preparation and provide behind-the-scenes support in the courtroom during the trial. Possess e-filing and data entry. The candidate must have a sense of urgency. Must have the ability to distinguish between urgent and important tasks. Must have empathy and strong attention to detail. Should naturally be prone to making detailed, thorough, and organized notes. The ability to navigate seamlessly through various computer programs and software is required. Must have tenacity. The desire for continuous improvement is a must.
