Star Paralegal The candidate will write Discovery and prepare Demands. Will notice and serve Subpoenas and Depositions. Prepare and serve CMC notices. Prepare file accounting, calendaring and conduct relevant admin work for Partners. Work directly within firm designated CMS (Case Management Software) and Documents Signature. Write and send letters make and confirm client appointments. Screen potential new cases, set up electronic files, order medical records. Confirm client medical bills. Greet new clients in-person and answer incoming calls professionally. Friendly, professional, very helpful and courteous demeanor across the board. Should have Paralegal Degree. Should have 3 years of experience as a Paralegal specifically in Personal Injury. Strong computer skills with managed utilizing cloud-based legal software are needed.
