Paralegal The candidate will manage cases from inception through trial. Should preferably be possessing a paralegal certificate and knowledge of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Should have 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience in both state and federal court. Must have strong personal injury background with experience managing premises liability and trucking cases. Spanish fluency a plus.
