Legal Secretary / Administrative Assistant The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys with personal injury claims, drafting legal documents, have knowledge of Massachusetts Court procedures and litigation timeline, and filing documents with courts. Must have excellent phone skills, be professional, organized, able to track dates and be confident in preparation of litigation documents. Must also be capable of working independently and as a team. Typing speed of 50 wpm, proficiency with MS Office and Outlook, able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines. Should have litigation experience.
