Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist with personal injury litigation, mostly State Court (FL), although Federal Court experience is a plus. Must have 1 year of continuous experience as a Florida personal injury litigation paralegal. Must be Positive, team player, and "go-getter"; Computer savvy (we are a paperless firm); People person / social media savvy / can generate business. Should have experience handling PIP claims or foreclosure claims.
