Litigation Attorney The candidate will manage the specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. Should have above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and a strong commitment to tasks completed on time. Will take work seriously, has a strong sense of duty, and is disciplined. A somewhat faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Will receive clearly defined work, responsibilities, and reporting relationships, ongoing and thorough training opportunities to develop expertise and increase confidence. The position will provide security in a stable work environment, allowing the person to plan for, focus on and complete tasks on hand. Value the back-office support of an established firm with a good reputation. Should be able to learn to direct contested probate cases independently with little to no supervision. Willing to appear primarily in the Maricopa, Pinal, and other Superior Courts of Arizona as needed. Should have solid experience in Arizona Superior Courts and can confidently care for our probate clients. (If you are potentially looking for a lateral move as a more senior attorney, should have a portable book of business with over $200k in annual gross revenue.). Bilingual not necessary. Background checks will be conducted. References will be contacted. Active Arizona Bar license required. Non-smoking law firm.
